TCP Software is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to collaborate with senior staff and oversee the integration of internal processes with Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce system administration experience and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

You will review processes, customize workflows and flows, assist migrations, manage roles and sharing, build reports and dashboards, train users, and mentor other admins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce administrator certification is required.
• Experience maintaining a 500+ user Salesforce org.
• Experience with data migrations is required.
• Experience with Zuora products is preferred.
• Experience with Financial Force (Certinia) is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand Apex and translate into Flows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce object, record, master detail relationships.

Responsabilités

• Review processes and conduct needs/benefit analysis.
• Proactively seek and identify needed system changes.
• Work on customization and development of workflows, flows and API's.
• Assist in migration and integration process into Salesforce.
• Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
• Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
• Assist in generating reports and dashboards.
• Conduct training to users/groups to ensure successful implementation of enhancements.
• Provide support functions as needed.
• Monitor application storage and create documentation as needed.
• Be the subject matter expert on Salesforce and Force.com applications.
• Mentor and act as point of escalation for other Salesforce administrators on the team.
