Job summary

TCP Software seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead internal Salesforce modernization, working with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and InfoSec to maintain day-to-day operations for users. The role focuses on migrating legacy automation to Flow, redesigning access, and governing integrations like Zuora and Certinia while delivering scalable processes and reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration in a 500+ user org with Admin cert.
• Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting Flows and migrating Workflow Rules/Process Builder.
• Ability to read Apex and translate it into Flow.
• Experience with large-scale data migrations and data tools like Data Loader.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, object relationships, security, and sharing settings.
• Strong communication skills to gather requirements from business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy automation to Salesforce Flow and translate Apex logic when appropriate.
• Redesign access using permission sets and groups, streamline role hierarchy and sharing.
• Lead data quality initiatives: deduplication, matching rules, record types, and layouts.
• Design parent-child account hierarchies and map core processes (accounts, trials, leads, billing).
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and sign-offs; manage testing and deployments.
• Run and support the platform: govern integrations, releases, storage, and audits; mentor admins.
• Build reports and dashboards to track results and train users.
