Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to own data models, page layouts, record types, and business processes. You will design and maintain Flow automation and approval flows, retire legacy processes, and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features to support pipeline, quotes, forecasting, cases, and knowledge management.

Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and delivery leads, you will translate requirements into prioritized backlog items, troubleshoot

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, incl. 1+ year in Sales/Service Cloud.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, sharing rules.
Experience building Flow automation and approvals.
Experience configuring Sales Cloud: pipeline, quotes, forecasting.
Experience configuring Service Cloud: Case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, SLAs.
Experience in Scrum/Kanban environments with backlog refinement.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and communicate with stakeholders.
Availability for core Pacific Time hours; after-hours support.
Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Platform Administrator II preferred.
Preferred: Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant certs; Lightning for Outlook; Gearset/Copado/Einstien exposure.

Responsibilities

Administer Salesforce objects, data models, page layouts, record types, and business processes.
Build and maintain Flow automation and approval processes, retire legacy automation as needed.
Configure Sales Cloud features including leads, opportunities, products, pricing, quotes, and forecasting.
Configure Service Cloud features including cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, entitlements, and SLAs.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and delivery leads to translate requirements into backlog items.
Troubleshoot production issues, support releases and testing, and provide effort estimates for enhancements.
Drive continuous improvement across Salesforce administration, configuration, and automation processes.
Support Lightning for Outlook integration and related tooling.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and stakeholder demos; occasional after-hours support.
