Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment represents a client in Houston, seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will configure, support users, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience, deep knowledge of Flows, validation rules, custom objects/fields/permissions, and Salesforce credentials. Office attendance in Houston Monday–Thursday is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including recent instance ownership.
• Deep experience with Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and permissions.
• Hands-on proficiency with both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Verifiable Salesforce Administrator credentials or certifications.
• Experience in a startup or growth-stage company,where you’ve had meaningful ownership of the platform.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and able to work in the Houston office Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, user permissions, ticket triage, custom workflows, and data quality.
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.

They are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to take full ownership of their Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
