Job summary

Prosum is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to co‑own the day‑to‑day health and evolution of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Five9 VCC/ACM, and NetSuite integrations. You will report to the CIO and work closely with the Sr.

Salesforce Developer/Admin to ensure responsive user support and continuous platform improvements. This role blends hands-on administration, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
• Proven track record providing responsive user support in a business-critical environment.
• Strong command of declarative tools: Flow, Lightning App Builder, reports and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Data management: imports/exports, deduplication, mass updates.
• Understanding of release management, sandbox strategies, and deployment processes.
• Experience with Celigo integrator.io, NetSuite, and Five9 integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, user support, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sr. Salesforce Developer/Admin on design decisions and reviews.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and security model; conduct access reviews.
• Maintain and evolve core Sales Cloud objects, automation, and reports/dashboards.
• Develop and troubleshoot automation with Flow; use Apex where needed.
• Lead integration efforts with Five9 and Celigo, ensuring data integrity.
• Oversee sandboxes, change sets, and release management processes.
• Create documentation and training materials; support adoption and governance.
