Focus on the Family is seeking a Salesforce and Solutions Administrator 4 to maintain, enhance, and innovate within our Salesforce platform and related enterprise applications. You will collaborate with Salesforce admins, engineers and business stakeholders to design elegant solutions and drive data accuracy, security, and efficiency.

The role requires expert Salesforce knowledge, experience administering multiple cloud products, and the ability to lead in a cross-functional agile environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification desired.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce product portfolio and related clouds.
Experience in administering enterprise applications and data governance.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize Salesforce and related enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Agile team and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions.
Provide user support and training for Salesforce and other apps.
Ensure data quality and governance across systems.
