Sikich is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth for our Salesforce consulting practice. The role emphasizes new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, with a focus on consultative selling to financial services clients.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, craft tailored proposals, and win high-value advisory engagements while leveraging relationships with Salesforce Alliance Managers and industry partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling Salesforce consulting or implementation services.
• Experience in enterprise B2B sales with prior success engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce product suite and its industry applications.
• Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and close six-figure engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for Salesforce projects.
• Identify leads, build a robust pipeline through networking and events.
• Engage C-level executives to understand goals and tailor Salesforce solutions.
• Present value of Salesforce services with industry-focused use cases and ROI.
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and SOWs; drive contracts to close.
