Highmark Health is seeking an experienced Training & Sales Readiness professional to drive strategic training, onboarding, readiness, and knowledge management for Internal Sales and External Vendor Telesales audiences. You will lead external vendor onboarding, assessments, and trainer effectiveness, while supporting internal telesales onboarding and maintaining knowledge repositories.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in training and presentation delivery and/or sales.
• Experience with Office applications and LMS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and deliver a robust sales training curriculum including new hire, account, lead, and sales effectiveness training.
• Onboard new employees in Sales and Service and train on tracking software.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify development opportunities, ensure timely task execution.
• Collaborate with partners to align messaging and training rollout with sales strategy.
• Provide ongoing training support for strategic partnerships to grow penetration and membership.
