Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel 25–50% of the time.
• Experience in Sales Training or Sales Leadership in pharma preferred.
• Strong facilitation and adult learning principles knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver disease state, product and market training for Sales Professionals.
• Conduct field rides, virtual coaching, and live classroom sessions.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify training gaps and measure impact.
• Ensure training deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Stay current on healthcare trends and learning innovations.
