Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver sales training programs nationwide, enhancing selling skills, product knowledge and account management. You will partner with sales managers and districts to accelerate skill development through field rides, virtual coaching and live classroom sessions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 25–50% travel, and a strong foundation in adult learning principles, with experience in pharmaceutical sales or training operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training deliverables are delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Develop, approve, and deliver disease state, treatment, product and marketplace training, foundational and advanced sales skills training.
• Consult with Sales Leadership to identify training gaps.
• Monitor course evaluations and compliance for continuous improvement.
• Field travel to coach individual sales representatives.
• Demonstrate selling skills for the client’s portfolio and needs.
