You will coordinate classes, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement in the learning experience. The role emphasizes fostering an inclusive learning environment, leveraging coaching skills, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced customer experience setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in training or adult learning programs.
• 1+ year of experience leading teams to targets.
• Strong remote-work problem solving and goal achievement.
• Ability to foster an inclusive learning environment through coaching.
• Customer- and employee-focused mindset with call center experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, Kronos, or Tandberg.

Responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador for new hires with a welcoming training experience that reflects TTEC’s values and helps employees feel confident from day one.
• Meet training completion goals and manage training logistics to start classes strong and stay on track.
• Learn goals, timeframes, and requirements for each training goal and class.
• Use training metrics to understand what’s working and continuously improve the learning experience for employees.
• Become a go-to resource for training tools and keep training data accurate, timely, and ready for business decisions.
• Coordinate, analyze and consolidate data to deliver training following client requirements and company standards
