TTEC is seeking a Team Lead to work onsite in Tempe, AZ. You will guide a team to meet client and company metrics, respond to questions, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary, all while maintaining high-quality customer experiences.

You'll report to the Sales Service Delivery Manager and play a pivotal role in team motivation, performance, and career development. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
