Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of contact center experience.
• 2+ years of applied sales experience.
• Experience leading a sales representative team.
• Ability to articulate value and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Coach sales associates to achieve company and client goals through observations, feedback, and support.
• Help your team build consultative sales skills, including creating value, building urgency, and communicating persuasively with customers.
• Support customer escalations and guide associates through account management conversations.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and daily activity to help associates stay on track.
• Coordinate training or updates on products, services, tools, processes, and client expectations.
• Use TTEC and client systems throughout the day to support your team, resolve questions, and complete administrative tasks.
• Grow your leadership experience as a first-line manager by motivating, mentoring, and supporting career development for your team.
