Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing analytics, and delivering technical solutions to customer challenges, with regional and occasional global scope depending on business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility; visa sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan and collaborate with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
