Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support the Pacific Northwest region, focusing on small to medium customers and regional distribution.

You will manage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across face-to-face, phone, and email channels. You will generate leads, define territories, manage analytics, and deliver technical solutions while coordinating with production and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan and coordinate with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intel to shape sales plan and analyze data for new product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy development considering legal implications and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
