Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest with a focus on small to mid-size customers and distribution management.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, and deliver both volume and value through strategic plans. You will build relationships across customer levels, coordinate with Production and Supply Chain for forecasts, and lead negotiations with price strategies aligned to business goals, while collaborating across functions to achieve

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• AUS-based work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
