Holland & Sherry is a fast-growing, luxury To-the-Trade interiors textiles provider known for quality fabrics and wallcoverings. We seek a Senior Salesperson to work with top interior design clients, educate, sample, and sell.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, inside and outside sales, and presenting all product categories, with a focus on custom. You'll collaborate with Showroom and Territory Managers, maintain CRM, and help grow the client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in the interior design industry (South Florida).
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Educate, collaborate, sample and sell to top interior design clients.
• Drive sales across all product categories, with emphasis on custom.
• Maintain a minimum of 32 presentations per month (inside/outside).
• Grow client base through product presentations, showings and meetings.
• Keep Territory/Showroom Managers informed of travel and client appointments.
• Record all activity in CRM and keep clients updated on products.
• Collaborate with Client Services for prompt showroom communication.
• Work with Showroom/Territory Manager to streamline daily operations.

Job description:

• The Senior Salesperson works directly with our territory's top interior design clients to educate, collaborate, sample, and sell.
• The primary focus is relationship-building and leveraging that familiarity to drive sales across all product categories and represented collections, with a special focus on custom.
• This is an inside/outside sales position with a minimum of thirty-two presentations per month, with an emphasis on outside sales presentations.
• Responsible for client growth through comprehensive all-product presentations, new collection showings, project-specific meetings, and library updates.
• Keep Territory / Showroom Managers aware of all travel and client appointments, and accommodate outside sales calls with Holland & Sherry sales leaders and outside vendors.
• Keep clients up to date on all products and record all activity in our CRM system.
• Work closely with Client Services to maintain quick, efficient, and accurate communication with clients on stocked products.
• When in the showroom, work collaboratively with the Showroom / Territory Manager to streamline day-to-day operations — including checking daily updates, following up on action items, maintaining efficient email correspondence, client outreach, daily client interaction and sales, and being available for team support.
