Job summary

Holland & Sherry Interiors is seeking a Senior Salesperson to work with top interior design clients, educate them on our luxury textiles, and drive sales across collections with a focus on custom products. The role blends inside and outside sales, aiming for 32+ presentations each month and close collaboration with Showroom and Territory Managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in the Interior Design industry (South Florida preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.
• Experience with CRM and client follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate, collaborate, sample, and sell to top interior design clients in the territory.
• Build relationships to drive sales across all product categories and collections, with emphasis on custom.
• Manage a balanced inside/outside sales approach with a minimum of 32 presentations per month.
• Grow clients through comprehensive product presentations, new collection showings, and project meetings.
• Keep Showroom and Territory Managers informed of travel and client appointments; coordinate with sales leaders and vendors.
• Maintain timely product updates and record all activity in the CRM; liaise with Client Services for showrooms.
• Collaborate in-showroom day-to-day operations, follow up on action items, and support the sales team.
