Job summary

Holland & Sherry is a fast-growing luxury textiles provider to interior designers in South Florida. The Senior Salesperson will educate and collaborate with top clients, drive cross-category sales, and focus on custom offerings.

The role is inside/outside with a target of 32 presentations per month and close coordination with Client Services and Showroom Managers to maintain strong relationships and timely product updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience related to the Interior Design industry in South Florida.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable

Responsibilities

• Sell to top interior design clients, educate, collaborate, sample, and sell.
• Drive sales across all product categories with focus on custom offerings.
• Maintain minimum of 32 presentations per month, with emphasis on outside sales.
• Grow clients through comprehensive product presentations, new collection showings, and project-specific meetings.
• Keep Territory/Showroom Managers informed of travel and client appointments; coordinate with sales leaders and vendors.
• Record all activity in CRM and ensure timely communication with clients via Showroom team.

Job description:

• The Senior Salesperson works directly with our territory's top interior design clients to educate, collaborate, sample, and sell.
• The primary focus is relationship-building and leveraging that familiarity to drive sales across all product categories and represented collections, with a special focus on custom.
• This is an inside/outside sales position with a minimum of thirty-two presentations per month, with an emphasis on outside sales presentations.
• Responsible for client growth through comprehensive all-product presentations, new collection showings, project-specific meetings, and library updates.
• Keep Territory / Showroom Managers aware of all travel and client appointments, and accommodate outside sales calls with Holland & Sherry sales leaders and outside vendors.
• Keep clients up to date on all products and record all activity in our CRM system.
• Work closely with Client Services to maintain quick, efficient, and accurate communication with clients on stocked products.
• When in the showroom, work collaboratively with the Showroom / Territory Manager to streamline day-to-day operations — including checking daily updates, following up on action items, maintaining efficient email correspondence, client outreach, daily client interaction and sales, and being available for team support.
