Acrisure is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for revenue-generating sales roles. You will own intake to offer, build pipelines, and partner with leadership to align hiring with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in talent acquisition.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sales/revenue roles.
• Proven pipeline development, candidate engagement, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and consultative skills with business leaders.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools; ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and process optimization.
• Act as trusted talent advisor and embed into business rhythms with hiring teams.
• Lead intake sessions with managers to define candidate profiles and market data.
• Proactively build pipelines for critical roles to accelerate speed-to-hire.
• Tailor outreach to target segments and craft compelling candidate messaging.
• Share market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Track funnel metrics and keep stakeholders updated with timely feedback.
• Mentor other recruiters and contribute to process improvements.
