Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years recruiting for sales or revenue roles.
• Proven pipeline development and candidate engagement with data-driven influence.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative skills with business leaders.
• Familiar with ATS/CRM tools; able to analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Embed into business rhythms and align hiring with outcomes.
• Lead intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers.
• Proactively build pipelines for critical roles.
• Tailor sourcing and outreach to target segments.
• Deliver candidate messaging that conveys Acrisure’s value.
• Share market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
• Use funnel metrics to guide strategy.
• Provide timely updates to teams and candidates.
• Mentor other recruiters to improve processes.
