Responsibilities

• Participate in sales compensation strategy and planning.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end commission, bonus and incentive processes for the field sales organization.
• Track, analyze and report KPIs supporting sales performance and operational effectiveness.
• Utilize reporting tools and technologies to deliver actionable analyses and insights to field sales teams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for the Sales Performance Management CoE.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, analytics and Tableau dashboards by integrating multiple data sources into meaningful business insights.
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools that clearly communicate trends, risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Define, monitor and enhance KPIs that measure sales effectiveness, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner on cross-functional strategic initiatives and special projects, as needed.
