Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly analytical Senior Sales Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence and digital innovation across our commercial organization. You will partner with Sales Leadership to transform data into insights, optimize processes, and advance AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency and performance.

In this role, you will develop dashboards and reports, apply advanced analytics to sales workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, data science, economics, information systems or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales operations, business analytics, commercial operations or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with large datasets to identify patterns and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools, automation, or low-code/no-code tech in business.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance and validation principles.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and assign annual and periodic quotas for field sales reps with data-driven methods.
• Analyze sales performance and key metrics to provide actionable leadership recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, KPIs and analytical tools.
• Apply AI, automation and analytics to Sales Operations workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Explore AI and digital technologies and translate capabilities into use cases.
• Develop AI-enabled data analysis approaches to identify trends and summaries.
• Identify process improvements and lead efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Data & Analytics and Enablement teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and quality controls.
• Support territory planning, headcount management and account alignments.
• Build scalable workflows and self-service insights for commercial teams.
• Translate data findings into concise executive-level recommendations.
