Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator in the United States to work closely with the sales team to engage clients and ensure satisfaction. You will handle order entry, monitor bookings, manage change orders, and renewals while maintaining bid lists and communicating statuses across teams.

The role requires a high level of detail, 10 years in sales support or related fields, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and sales management software. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or coordination roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales management software.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate documentation and proposals.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Valid driver's license.
