Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $61,600 - $92,400 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.

Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or coordination roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales management software.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate documentation and proposals.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
