Job summary

ServiceNow in Chicago is seeking a Sales Operations Strategy and Planning Manager to support AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Sales. This individual contributor role drives operational readiness and annual planning to align territories, quotas, and GTM programs.

You will own territory coverage design, compensation design, and headcount tracking, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely, disruption-free launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a software sales GTM organization.
• Experience designing territory coverage and sales compensation.
• Knowledge of direct and channel GTM motions; AWS, Azure, Google marketplaces a plus.
• Proven program management expertise.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent presentation skills; able to distill complex messages.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive execution.
• Cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational readiness of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud GTM expansions and related transformation programs.
• Lead annual planning, territory design, quota modeling, and headcount tracking across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud sales org.
