Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize our sales strategy and execution. This role enables the sales organization through data-driven insights, process improvements, and technology enablement as part of the Revenue Operations team.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive performance and growth, maintain dashboards and KPIs, assist forecasting and territory planning, and support CRM

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to interpret data and communicate findings.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and BI tools to analyze data and create reporting solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to provide reporting, analysis, and operational support that helps improve sales effectiveness.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret sales and operational data using internal and external sources; identify trends and gaps and provide recommendations.
• Maintain and support sales reporting tools, dashboards, KPIs, and data sources for data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in development of reports and analyses related to sales performance, customer trends, pipeline activity, and product performance.
• Support forecasting, territory planning, account assignment, and target-setting activities through data collection and analysis.
