Job summary

DHL eCommerce in the United States is looking for a Manager, Commercial Analytics to lead data analytics for pricing and growth. You will oversee PLD reporting, customer analytics, and AI-enabled insights while guiding a team of analysts and collaborating with Sales and Commercial leadership.

The role focuses on delivering actionable business recommendations from large datasets, driving profitability and pricing strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• 5–8 years of progressive analytics experience with leadership.
• Proven track record leading analytics projects and driving decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of PLD reporting in Power BI.
• Ensure PLD analyses meet one-day turnaround SLAs.
• Support GRl process with Commercial and Pricing leadership.
• Drive Commercial IQ initiatives and ai-enabled analytics.
• Analyze large datasets for trends and insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Commercial teams.
• Manage and develop a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts.
• Identify automation and reporting improvements.
• Deliver customer-specific analyses and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain Power BI environments for accuracy and availability.
• Support special projects and other duties.
