World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Sr. Sales Ops Advisor to join the Sales Operations team. You will be the primary contact for quoting and order management across assigned accounts, with authority to set pricing and coordinate customer and partner communications.

You will collaborate with Account Management, authorized partners, and internal teams, driving strategic promotions and reporting to stakeholders. A client-focused, detail-oriented leader is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel as required to meet team and departmental goals.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes yourself as the primary contact for all quoting and order management activities.
• Owns authority to define pricing on quotes for assigned accounts.
• Responds accurately to customer requirements within stated timeframes.
• Mentors and trains new hires in processes and tracks performance via KPIs.
• Uses WWT tools and applications to build and validate configurations.
• Participates in key account planning sessions and customer briefings.
• Provides approval authority for product promotions and rebates.
