World Wide Technology is seeking a Sales Ops Advisor to own quote‑to‑cash activities within a fast‑moving IT environment. You will collaborate with Client Managers, Sales Engineers, and Service Reps to ensure accurate quotes and timely orders, while building deep knowledge of accounts and OEM offerings.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer‑facing mindset. PST hours apply, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT industry experience.
• At least two years in sales or sales support within IT.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and support day‑to‑day quoting and order management for assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of internal systems, processes, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Respond to quotes, orders, product info, and tracking details within stated timeframes.
• Build strong knowledge of assigned accounts and OEM products/services.
• Utilize WWT tools and partner applications to configure solutions.
• Understand direct and indirect supply sources and related processes.
• Leverage promotions and rebates; manage partner registrations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and attach services when appropriate.
• Provide detailed quote/order reports to key stakeholders; mentor new staff.

Education

B.A., Business, Finance or related field
