Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Sales Ops Advisor to own quote-to-cash activities for assigned accounts, coordinating with Client Managers, Sales Engineers, and Service Sales Reps. You will ensure timely responses, effective promotions usage, and accurate order processing while supporting ongoing customer relationships.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed to meet business goals across domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales or sales support experience in IT.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to use internal systems and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required to meet team goals.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and provide day-to-day support of all quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts.
• Understand go-to-market strategy and use partner facing applications and promotions to source products and services.
• Respond to customer requirements within stated time frames (RFQs, orders, product information, tracking).
• Proactively build knowledge of accounts and OEM products and services.
• Use WWT tools and processes to configure solutions and manage direct/indirect supply.
• Generate detailed quote and order management reports for stakeholders.
• Assist, mentor, and onboard new sales ops employees.
