Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a skilled Sample Management professional to own end-to-end workflows from request through return.

You will coordinate with project managers, the Samsung Warehouse, and a third-party vendor to ensure timely handling and accurate tracking of samples. You will perform monthly reconciliations with the system and warehouse, validate backup, and assist with the ATL/BTL process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (life sciences, supply chain, or business).
• 2–5+ years in sample management, laboratory operations, or inventory logistics.
• Proficiency with inventory software, database management, and tracking technologies (barcoding, LIMS).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sample management from request to return.
• Train HA Sales & Marketing on the sample process.
• Reconcile units monthly with systems and warehouses; process invoices.
