Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Order Management professional in Plano, TX to manage the complete lifecycle of orders for a defined portfolio. You will ensure compliance with policies, process orders from entry to billing, and resolve related issues.

You will lead a team, drive KPIs and SLAs, and coordinate with internal teams and customers to optimize end-to-end performance. A strong background with SAP, EDI, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in related Business Field.
• 7+ years in Order Management and Operations.
• ERP experience with SAP preferred.
• EDI experience in Order Processing and Transactions.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of order management and fulfillment for assigned accounts.
• Ensure orders comply with policies and master purchase agreements.
• Manage order entry through billing and resolve related issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes.
• Lead Order Management staff and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Handle price adjustments and discounts related to orders.
• Lead integrations and testing for EDI, SPACE, and other interfaces.
