Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Sales Operations Manager to lead a 4-person team and own the analytics, budgeting, and forecasting for the Retail Sales organization.

The role partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to advance corporate objectives and support customers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in technology sales operations, with strong Excel, Tableau, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Access, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with Tableau, SAP or Alteryx is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to executives.
• History of delivering results under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Management Plan development with Sales and Product Marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to define Marketing Development Funding programs.
• Develop and refine forecasting methodologies for monthly revenue opportunities.
• Build consensus with Account teams, Product Marketing and Supply Chain on a single source of truth.
• Manage weekly/monthly revenue dashboards for executive visibility across regions.
• Standardize and distribute weekly business reports to Sales, Product Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
