Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, supply chain, or business.
• 2–5+ years in sample management, laboratory operations, or inventory logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory software, database management, and tracking technology (barcoding, LIMS).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the FOC/Sample Management process from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, Samsung Warehouse, and third‑party vendors.
• Train HA Sales & Marketing on the sample process.
• Perform monthly reconciliation with system and warehouse.
• Track units from warehouses to final location and manage invoices.
• Support ad hoc projects and maintain knowledge base.
