Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a Sr Manager, Sales Operations - Small Format & Club to drive forecast accuracy, performance reporting, and planning support for an assigned customer channel. You will partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure timely, fact-based visibility into channel performance and forecast risk.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in sales operations or analytics, with strong Excel skills and experience with SAP/S4-HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, category/channel analytics, or related CP G discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive forecast accuracy and planning support for assigned channel.
• Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts and reporting.
• Prepare data and commentary for planning forums and PS3/Annual Operating Plan.
