Job summary

Ferrara Candy Co. in Chicago is seeking a Sr Manager, Sales Operations for C-Store & Out of Home.

The role drives forecast accuracy, performance reporting, and planning support across an assigned channel, ensuring timely visibility for Sales Leadership and alignment with Finance and Supply Chain. You will partner with channel Sales leaders and Trade Marketing, manage IBP inputs, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• 7+ years in sales operations, forecasting, analytics, or a related CPG field.
• Experience with S&OP tools, BI platforms, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP/S4-HANA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive weekly forecast for the assigned channel as part of IBP.
• Deliver channel-level insights for planning forums.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain data accuracy and governance for reporting.
