Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a Sr Manager of Sales Operations in Rogers, AR to drive weekly forecasts, IBP processes, and channel planning for Walmart, Sam's Club and eCommerce. You will partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure accurate data, actionable insights, and strong forecast governance, while guiding planning forums and PS3/OP initiatives.

This role requires 7+ years of experience in CPG sales operations and a robust analytics mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales operations, forecasting, or analytics in a CPG setting.
• Experience with SAP/S4-HANA and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive weekly sales forecast for the assigned channel as part of the broader IBP process.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with Sales Pillars to feed forecast inputs and risk/opportunity commentary.
• Support PS3 and Annual Sales Planning for the channel with analytics.
• Maintain channel data governance to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
