Job summary

Ferrara in Chicago is seeking a Sales Operations Sr. Manager to lead forecast accuracy, performance reporting, and planning support for an assigned customer channel.

You will partner across Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, aligning forecasts with IBP, and driving insights for leadership. This role emphasizes data governance and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in sales operations, forecasting, analytics, or related CPD discipline.
• Experience with S&OP tools, BI platforms, or ERP systems (SAP/S4-HANA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive weekly forecast for the assigned customer channel as part of IBP.
• Ensure forecast accuracy, accountability, and alignment with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with channel Sales Pillars to feed forecast inputs and risk commentary.
• Support translation of indirect volume into direct channel planning when applicable.
• Prepare data and commentary for planning forums (Sales Intelligence, PMR, etc.).
• Track post-launch performance and support annual sales planning with analytics.
• Maintain governance of channel data; support reports and cadence adoption.
