Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Manager in Rogers, AR, to drive weekly channel forecasts, performance reporting, and planning support. You will partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with IBP and the broader commercial agenda.

You will translate complex data into clear insights, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure data integrity across ERP systems like SAP/S4-HANA while building robust planning processes for the assigned channel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, analytics, or related CPG discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience with S&OP tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/S4-HANA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the weekly sales forecast for the assigned channel as part of the IBP process.
• Develop and deliver insights explaining sales performance at the customer, brand, and initiative level.
• Prepare channel-level data and commentary for key planning forums (e.g., Sales Intelligence meetings, PMR, DMR).
• Support PS3 and Annual Sales Planning for the assigned channel with robust analytics and market-based channel plans.
• Maintain accurate, well-governed channel data to support reporting and decision-making.
