Wonderly is seeking an Inside Sales Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of our inside sales team, ensuring leads convert to booked onsite appointments for contractor customers across North America. You’ll hire, onboard, train, and coach reps, and own the numbers behind speed to lead, contact rate, booking rate, and show rate.

Expect 60-70 hour weeks, real ownership, and a fast-paced, evolving environment as we scale revenue and refine our playbook together.

• Ability to listen to calls and coach reps effectively.
• Proven track record of owning team numbers and processes.
