Job summary

Wonderly is seeking experienced home improvement callers. You will call homeowner leads, qualify them, book in-home appointments, and work unsold or cancelled appointments to win more bookings. You’ll join a rapidly growing team building a high-velocity outbound operation across US/Canada.

You’ll work 60–70 hour weeks with real ownership of your calls and bookings within two weeks. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $120,000 with equity and remote flexibility, as we scale performance-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in home services or remodeling industries is preferred.
• Ability to quickly qualify homeowner leads and book appointments.
• Strong communication and listening skills for handling objections.
• Comfort with fast-changing processes and real-time improvements.
