• Experience leading an inside sales/appointment-setting team.
• Strong coaching and listening to calls skills.
• Ability to own team metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day of inside sales team including schedules and weekend rotation.
• Hire and onboard new reps and train them quickly.
• Coach reps on call performance and fixes.
• Track key metrics (speed to lead, contact rate, booking rate, show rate) and act when slipping.
• Handle performance issues and conduct difficult conversations.
• Document processes to prevent single-person dependency.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose fixes rather than quick workarounds.
