Wonderly is seeking an operations leader to run the day-to-day of our inside sales team, driving high performance and revenue for our contractor customers across the US and Canada. You will hire, train, and coach reps, ensuring rapid onboarding and consistent coaching on calls to maximize lead conversion and bookings.

You will own staffing, performance metrics, and process improvements, shaping how the team is run as we scale.

Formación

• Experience leading inside sales or appointment-setting teams.
• Proven ability to coach reps on real-time calls and performance metrics.
• Background in sales operations or support ops at fast-growing companies.
• Experience in home services or remodeling businesses is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the inside sales team: schedules, coverage, weekend rotation.
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new representatives quickly.
• Listen to calls and coach reps on improvements.
• Track key metrics: speed to lead, contact rate, booking rate, show rate and intervene when slipping.
• Address performance issues directly and conduct difficult conversations.
