Job summary

Wonderly is hiring an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of our inside sales team, the front line of how our contractors win jobs. You’ll manage leads, ensure fast qualification, and book onsite appointments, while keeping the process staffed, trained, and performing every day.

You’ll shape coverage, coaching, and onboarding, work directly with the Head of Operations and Sales Ops, and see how decisions impact customers’ revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an inside sales or appointment-setting team.
• Proven ability to coach reps and improve numbers.
• Experience in fast-growing home services or remodeling environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inside sales team: schedules, coverage, weekends.
• Hire and onboard new reps and ramp them quickly.
• Listen to calls and coach reps on improvements.
• Track metrics (speed to lead, contact rate, booking rate, show rate) and act when they slip.
• Address performance issues directly.
• Document processes to avoid single-point dependency.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive fixes.
