Job summary

Wonderly is an AI-driven home services company building a closed-loop system to drive client revenue. This role leads the inside sales team, owning scheduling, training, and performance metrics while shaping the evolving playbook.

You’ll work directly with leadership, including Bishop and Victoria, and experience significant ownership as the team scales, with demanding hours and rapid impact on revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inside sales team: schedules, coverage, weekend rotation, and attendance.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and hold reps accountable for speed to lead and booking rate.
• Shape the playbook as the team grows.
• Work directly with Bishop and Victoria to see revenue impact immediately.
• Expect 60–70 hour weeks with real ownership within two weeks.
• Have hard conversations and fix broken processes.
