Lennox International in Richardson, TX is seeking a Demand Planner III to lead forecast and planning for assigned product categories. You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain to translate data into reliable demand signals and inventory strategies.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in supply chain with 2+ years in demand planning, and experience with SAP IBP or similar Planning systems. On-site at our Richardson headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in Supply Chain with 2+ years in Demand Planning.
• Strong forecasting, planning systems knowledge (SAP IBP or similar).
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data and market trends to generate demand projections.
• Incoporate inputs (sales, promotions, inventory targets, AI/ML forecasts) into plans.
• Develop statistical and judgmental forecasts for product categories.
• Lead forecast review cycles and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales and Supply Chain for alignment.
