Oracle is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to provide direct sales operations support, improve efficiency and ensure compliance with business practices. You will collaborate across Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal and Shared Services to aid growth and customer satisfaction across the US market.

The role emphasizes data collection and analysis, KPI measurement, and driving pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence and sales process adoption. A strong business partner to the Sales VP is expected.

• Experience supporting field sales teams and collaborating with Finance, Contracts, HR and Legal.
• Ability to collect, verify, analyze data and measure KPIs against objectives.
• Experience driving forecasting cadence, territory planning and sales leader support.

Responsabilidades

• Support the field sales organization and liaise with Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal and Shared Services.
• Advise Sales VP and leadership team as a trusted advisor.
• Collect, input, verify, correct and analyze data to measure KPIs vs objectives.
• Drive cadence for forecasting, account assignments, territory planning and day‑to‑day support.
• Provide economic impact and compliance input on key deals and processes; ensure full compliance.
• Lead the implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Drive pipeline hygiene and adoption of sales processes and tools.
