Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst (Operations) to support analytics and reporting across the organization. You will partner with executives and regional teams to create KPIs and cadence reports for clinical operations, while performing deeper analyses to drive improvements.

The role requires strong SQL, Power BI, and data storytelling skills, with a focus on healthcare operations and value-based care initiatives. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for enterprise reporting.
• Develop recurring Excel reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for leadership.
• Perform analyses for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Build Snowflake data views to enable scalable analytics.
• Own operational bonus calculations and manage offshore analytics resources.
• Present findings to executives using PowerPoint and other formats.
