Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to create and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports. You will support field teams with data-driven insights and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other partners to optimize sales effectiveness.

The role emphasizes data management, ad-hoc analytics, and training across web and mobile sales force reports, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–4 years of experience.
• Background in Sales Operations or pharmaceutical company preferred.
• Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL preferred.
• Combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
• Strong data analytics, reporting and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Creates reports and dashboards of sales force performance for Sales and Marketing on a regular cadence.
• Develops sales force alignments, call plan targeting and segmentation for field teams.
• Manages large relational data: clean, merge, manipulate and aggregate for reporting.
• Serves as central contact for data and ad-hoc analytic requests.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Managed Markets and Finance for operational analytics.
• Supports data validation, training of web & mobile app sales force reports.
• Cross-trains within Incentive Compensation and CRM; participates in interdepartmental training.
• Maintains process and report documentation and improves internal processes.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with associates and management.
• Performs special projects as directed by management.
